Brand Marketing Manager Dr Agarwals Eye Hospitals is India's largest chain of eye hospitals. With over 95 hospitals across India &amp; Africa, we interact directly with hundreds of thousands of patients every week. In addition to hospital services, the group also manufactures smart bio medical devices designed to help ophthalmology practices grow faster. We are looking for a brand marketing manager to spearhead the next phase of growth. Role: Lead the product &amp; brand management function at Dr Agarwals. Creating differentiated customer offerings and strengthening core offerings - Develop customer insights and design/update the product offerings - Creating easy-to-understand tools and communication material for each surgical product - Working with the hospital operations team and designing in-center visualization, training and branding material - P&amp;L at a product category level : Evaluate price points + Offers - based on cost, competition and customer insights - Building differentiation across product categories - Marketing communications : 360degree activation of the brand across channels and customer touch points - Working with internal operations, media and digital teams - Setting up &amp; managing the relationship with agency partners Requirements - 5+ years of hands-on brand or product marketing experience in a B2C setup - Robust understanding of marketing operations and marketing communications - Experience developing or overseeing marketing programs with a deep understanding of various media channels - Campaign management experience - across BTL &amp; ATL - Experience in new product development - from research to customer insights to product ideas and successful launch - Advanced degree or an MBA - Experience in managing customer experience / customer satisfaction would be ideal - Proven track record in working with creative teams to deliver high-quality campaigns that deliver growth
