Key Responsibilities: 1. Support execution of Ophthalmology studies at the clinical research site 2. Ensure study compliance &amp; lead quality initiatives to ensure research level adequate quality assurance 3. Support Head of the department for the implementation of research strategies &amp; other initiatives as when required 4. Regular updates to Head of the department on research &amp; status of the trials 5. Coach &amp; mentor other junior colleagues for research &amp; trial management 6. Coordinate with the global research sites for study execution &amp; project management 7. Team management as when assigned by the head of the department 8. This role will be individual contribution with people management experience Eligibility: - Post graduate in Life Sciences with Pharmaceutical background will be preferred - Clinical Trial Experience at least 5 years or more - Excellent Project management skill - Experience in Good documentation practice, ICH-GCP, local clinical trial regulations
