Director - Regulatory As a key member of the Regulatory Division, the selected candidate shall be engaged in rendering professional services pertaining to Companies Act 2013, SEBI and NBFCs to corporate clients from diverse industries as well as UHNIs & Family Offices. Key Responsibility Areas (KRA's) : - Advisory and Opinions on diverse matters under Companies Act 2013. - Advisory, Opinions and guiding compliances of NBFCs. - Experience and knowledge in handling queries and routine matters under SEBI. - Exposure to mergers, demerger and reconstructions. - Representation at Authorities. - Advisory and Opinions under FEMA/RBI/NRI laws. - Interacting with Senior Management of Client Groups including UHNIs, Family Offices and large Corporates from diverse industries for successful completion of assignments and enhancing client dealings. - Strong Client management and relationship skills. - Supporting, training and mentoring the team to ensure timely delivery of quality work. Indicative CTC Range : Upto 25 lakhs (Best in industry and commensurate with skill set & experience and linked to meritocracy) Location : Centrally located (Defence Colony, New Delhi) To Qualify for the role, You must have : 1. Requisite Experience : 11 to 15 years of post qualification experience 2. Requisite Qualification : Company Secretary or LLB Requisite Skills & Attributes for Success : - Requisite knowledge and experience in above fields, having worked on similar matters at reputed consulting / CA firms / Law Firms / Large Corporates. - Expert technical knowledge in terms of understanding & interpreting current legislation and its practical application. - Good Communication and Presentation Skills, especially for interactions with clients and authorities. - Proven Client handling and relationship skills. - Positive & proactive attitude with an ability to strategize & work systematically & independently. - Desire for professional growth based on continued learning as regulations evolve.
