Job Title: SENIOR CONSULTANT
MODULE: SAP BW-HR
EXPERIENCE: 4 to 6 YEARS
LOCATION: PUNE
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Minimum of 4 years of functional experience in Human Resource functions Or 4 years of design and implementation experience of IT solutions, preferably SAP, in the area of Human Resources
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on SAP implementation/support
- Minimum 1 full life cycle implementation for projects in SAP BW covering Requirements Analysis, BI Content Analysis, Design, Configuration, Development, Testing and Training
- In-depth expertise of Data Modelling for HR modules, Data warehousing, Extract-Transfers-Load (ETL)
mechanisms, Reporting and Analysis tools, Authorizations and Business Content in SAP BW
- Experience in development of custom data sources for extraction from SAP and non-SAP systems
- Experience in working with source Data from SAP HR and SuccessFactors
