Performance Manager - Rail & PFT

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance management for Rail & PFT business including EXIM, Domestic, Steel, Bulk business segments

2. Identification of key issues impacting volume, revenue, and margin performance on an ongoing basis and dissemination of information to relevant stakeholders for corrective action

3. Provide business intelligence and manage data repository for driving Rail & PFT strategy

4. Monitoring end customer opportunities for Rail & PFT business and driving conversion

5. CRM portfolio management for Rail & PFT vertical ensuring continuous sales activity, adequate business pipeline and timely closure of pending opportunities

6. Drive digital product adoption for DPW SCO rail customers and maintain continuous traction to meet weekly/ monthly targets

7. Program/project management for Commercial Function including Sales Incentive, Budget Planning, Business Forecasting, etc.

8. Generating MIS/Reports for sales, operational and financial performance of Rail & PFT business on a regular basis

Qualification & Competencies:

1. Relevant qualification and experience in Economics, Business, Finance or related field with 7-10 years of experience

2. Demonstrate substantial experience of assisting senior management for making strategic decisions

3. Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels

4. Possess strong analytical skills, be a strategic thinker with strong presentation, communication and organization skills

5. Excellent relationship management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage relationships across hierarchy

6. Strong financial and business acumen with broad based experience in relevant sectors
