Manager- Quality Assurance

MUST HAVE:

- Prior experience of QMS in Warehouses, Driving process improvements in Store & linefeed and Warehouse;Identify, recommend and implement new processes to improve operational efficiency - productivity, accuracy, on-time & space utilization.

Primary Position Objectives:

- Devising, establishing, and maintaining company's quality procedures, standards, and specifications

- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations

Key responsibilities:

- Monitoring the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of all departments.

- Reviewing customer requirements and making sure they are met.

- Handing the Customer complaints and Internal Complaints and ensure the CAPA Implemented.

- Supervising SOP designing program with all departments.

- Supervising SOP reviewing program at desired frequency and/or based on requirements.

- Using relevant quality tools and making sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the business

- Supervising the programme of internal auditing

- Supervising the programme of continual improvement projects & Kaizen.

- Identifying the quality-related training needs

- Responsible for ensuring the execution of corrective actions and ongoing compliance with customer's specifications.

- Responsible for QMS related Audits & Closure with evidence (Customer or External bodies)
