- Develop business strategy documents and presentations based on business inputs - Macro-economic, Industry and competition analysis from publicly available information to make business strategy projections. - Work with internal teams on drawing up business level MIS and reports to reflect business performance. Preparing of monthly / fortnightly / weekly dashboards for management visibility and review - Sitting in on ongoing reviews of business processes. Implement and Monitor metrics, analyzing data and partnering with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities. - Retrieving and analyzing data using data management systems, to identify opportunities for cost and efficiency improvements. - Supporting BU Head in driving critical initiatives at a central level. - Tracking and review of critical initiatives at a central level with cross functional teams. - Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, follow-up, and customer management skills (both for internal and external).
