Description:


KPI & SLA Management:


- Meeting and exceeding agreed KPIs & SLA.

- Maintain and improve HR Shared Services operations by observing system performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans; conducting system audits and analysis; handling system and process improvement

- Stakeholder Engagement: Proactive communication with the stakeholders to understand and align on business priorities, challenges, issues, concerns, and work towards resolving them in a timely manner.

- Process & Performance Management: Identify issues/patterns in the process and implement corrective actions.

- Resource Management: Plan, allocate and control processes and resources to ensure quality deliverables within prescribed timelines and functional budgets. Identify and implement automation ideas for qualitative and quantitative benefits.

- Reporting: Publish operational and quality metrics to the management as per agreed frequency along with RCA. Automate and use BI tools for the same.

- New joiner on-boarding: Leading the complete onboarding process including induction

- Resource Development: Conduct and assist with functional trainings as and when required. Regular coaching and grooming of the team on softer aspects.

- Compliance: Ensure adherence and compliance to ISO Objectives, SOPs and other standards across the organization.

- Transition and Project Management: End to end ownership of driving projects and transitions as and when required.

- New age technology: Identify and implement new age technology for efficiency enhancement.

- Education Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (master's degree in HR is an added advantage)

- Have preferably 10-12 years' experience in HR functional areas (i.e., Hire to Retire Employee Lifecycle in a HR Shared Services environment)

- Experience of working on large scale employee set up.

- Ability to develop and sustain positive working relationships and influence others within and outside of direct reporting lines.

- Must possess analytical and problem-solving ability, independent thinking, decision making and organizational skills.

- Robust experience working on different HR technologies, experience of Oracle Fusion would be an added advantage).

- Good excel & macro skills and be able to drive complex excel dashboards, analytics

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Project management experience and process mindset.

- Strong business acumen and industry knowledge.

- Leadership and coaching skills.

- Analytical Thinking & technology orientation.

- Result and solution-oriented mindset.

- Oracle HCM knowledge will be an advantage
