DP World - General Manager - IT Development

- Identify and understand the business needs for logistics solutions of the region

- Research and propose solutions which meets requirements most effectively and economically

- Preference for global ERP solutions with minimal customisation

- Identify and finalise implementation partners for an efficient and timely implementation

- Work closely with HQ functions on the ERP side

- Carry out research in area of logistics costs and- identify- pain point

- Identify areas of transformational improvement which puts DPW ahead of its competitors

- Identify solutions that will give our customers a competitive advantage in their markets

- Work with the customers to create solutions that build stickiness

- Formulate projects that will ensure in achieving all of the above

- Projects that are scoped with clear deliverables, timelines, milestones

- Projects are delivered within the agreed time, quality and costs

- Be overall responsible for the progress and results of these projects
