Description: 1. Derive Business from Tamilnadu Segment (Tirupur / Coimbatore Market).
Key responsibilities
- Commercial & Market Analysis
- Customer Management
- Business Development
- BCO Market coverage through face to face calls.
- Reporting of calls using appropriate CRM software / procedures.
- Existing and develop excellent personal rapport with customers in the trade (BCOs, Exporters, Importers, transporters and Forwarders/CHA)
- Meet and exceed BCO BU targets - Revenue, Volume budgets
- Handle small, medium and large corporate clients and business units that have the ability to scale and pitch sales propositions basis client type and supply chain mapping
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in- Commercial or Sales functions in a Terminal Company / Shipping Line, / Logistics / Freight Forwarding Company.
- Post graduate/- MBA- desirable
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, excellent team building capabilities, planning, co-ordination and decision making skills.
- Hard core sales mind set with strong positive intent
- Result oriented and analytical
- Excellent communication skills - oral- and verbal.
- Excellent MS Office Skills, esp. Excel
