Your mission, if you choose to accept, will be : - Grow and lead operations function at Dozee - one of the most important verticals for ensuring the success of the startup - Manage operations pan-India, and also grow it outside India - Key metrics involved - NPS, TAT, Renewal/Upsell/Referral rate, team happiness quotient What will your roles and responsibilities be? - Create new processes and manage & improve existing systems to run operations successfully - Efficient management of the Customer Success and Product Delivery management systems - Hire, train leadership team of specific sub-functions & build a team under them - Ensure Dozees run successfully in both hospital and home settings and meet customer expectations - this includes logistics, device setup, customer training, troubleshooting, renewal, return, etc - Account management and vendor management - Efficient management of CRM and ERP - Aligning the Quality control toward maximum optimization - Develop strategies for expansion, create budgets and then execute them - Present progress to management & investors - Work cross-functionally with multiple teams to provide product feedback, help with creating distribution strategies, customer feedback, audits etc What are the key requirements for the role? - 8+ years of professional experience, with 4+ years of experience in leading operations teams at a pan-India level - The majority of this experience (on the professional side and in a leadership role) should be in the healthcare domain - The candidate should have experience managing a team of at least 50 members, directly or indirectly - Experience in expanding operations outside India is preferred - Experience in handling device-related operations is a plus Additional good-to-have(s) - If you have experience in the hospital/ healthcare segment - If you have experience in working with startups
