Roles and responsibilities include :
- Market analysis : Analyze market data such as demand, competition, profit margins etc, to identify potential segments to launch products
- Product development : Identify specifications of our product, based on deep understanding of customer preferences
- Product management :
a. Product features and specifications
b. Competitor analysis benchmarking
c. Demand planning and inventory management
d. Advertising spend optimization
e. Deals and promotions
f. Brand marketing content : Listing, imaging, videos
g. Pricing and profitability management
h. Customer feedback analysis
i. Product upgrade and improvement
j. Development of allied products and category management
Candidate profile :
- An - A- player, no less, with
- MBA from Top Tier schools (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, MDI, SP Jain, FMS, NMIMS, IIFT, NITIE, XIM, IITs, JBIMS, TA Pai, Great Lakes, IFMR, LIBA)
- Exceptional engineers would be considered
- Experience : 1-7 years. Prior experience in this function not necessary
- Strong quantitative, analytical abilities, extreme comfort with data analysis/interpretation
- Outstanding communication skills
- A - Hustler-, who can get things done, with little or no supervision
- Driven and motivated. Quick learner. Emotional intelligence and maturity beyond years, to work across stake holders within and outside the organization
