About Us:

doodleblue is a fast-growing IT services company, and we are looking for a dynamic professional to join our Accounts & Compliance team.

This role will focus on accounting, financial planning, statutory compliance, and risk assessment to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Management:

- Manage Zoho Books for accounting, invoicing, and financial reporting.

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, cash flows, P&L statements, and balance sheets.

- Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control strategies.

- Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments to support decision-making.

Compliance & Statutory Filings:

- Ensure timely filings of TDS, GST, PF, PT, and other statutory dues.

- Manage ROC filings and corporate governance compliance.

- Handle SEZ, FEMA, and RBI compliance where applicable.

- Assist in audit preparations and tax filings, coordinating with external auditors.

Legal & Contract Management:

- Maintain statutory records, contracts, and company law compliance.

- Assist in drafting and reviewing vendor, client, and employee contracts.

- Coordinate with external legal and CS consultants on regulatory matters.

Process Optimization & Risk Management:

- Identify financial and compliance risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.

- Improve and automate financial workflows in Zoho Books to enhance efficiency.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in financial reporting and corporate governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: MBA (Finance) / M.Com with strong finance & compliance experience.

Experience: 3-7 years in accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial planning.

Software Skills: Hands-on experience with Zoho Books (mandatory).

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of TDS, GST, PF, ROC, SEZ, FEMA, and company law compliance.

Analytical Ability: Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and risk management.

Industry Experience: Exposure to IT services or consulting firms is a plus.

Soft Skills: Ability to work independently, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage external consultants (CA's, CS, lawyers, auditors).
