Role details:

- Title / Designation: Domain Expert / Business Analyst

- Reporting Manager: Project Manager

- Location: Bengaluru / Gurugram / Mohali

- Work mode: Hybrid (3 days from office and 2 remote)

Role & responsibilities:

- Liaise between key FinTech customers and internal technical teams, throughout the engagement (concept to implementation), owning all relevant written and verbal communication with the client

- Translate client requirements into fully scoped solutions

- Lead the product documentation efforts, detailing feature and function use cases, scenario analysis and help build user manuals and other user-enabling documentation.

- Help the Sales team pitch the company's services and expertise to clients and prospects, by preparing and defining the scope and solution.

Candidate requirements:

- 3-6 years of SME / Business Analysis experience in the Financial Services domain

- Proven experience and expertise in FinTech / BankTech solutions, with the ability to consult with clients and business stakeholders on high-end tech solutions for the domain

- Experience in Lending / Banking Operations - preferable

- Knowledge and experience in Salesforce or any core banking solution / ecosystem - highly desirable

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

- Graduation or PG
