Role : Domain Consultant (Retail Banking) Experience : - Total 15+ years' experience in Retail banking with at least 5 years' experience in banking consultancy - 6-8 years of technology project implementation experience - Preferably, have some experience of having worked within a bank. Job Description : - Conduct market research to identify key trends, bank's approaches etc. - Build a perspective on key emerging trends in banking e.g. transformation, APIs, Analytics, Fintechs etc. - Capable of being viewed as an expert for specific topics - Support sales team with strong domain capability - Be involved in client discussions as a domain expert - Ability to translate domain expertise to technology capabilities to potential program approach - Play a domain expert / SME role as a part of project delivery team - Basic understanding of relevant technology trends and capabilities
