As Senior Digital Banking Consulting leader you will: - Help transform client's business through the successful delivery of Wipro's digital banking implementations. - Advise teams and clients with your banking knowledge and Digital Banking experience - Work closely with Wipro's team of account executives, sales, consultants, architects, and designers to scale client's digital banking practice globally. - Lead pre-sales activities and proposal preparation efforts - Create pre-sales materials and project assets with relevel digital banking platform and technology knowledge - Play active role in conceptualizing and developing digital banking solutions and consulting assets for Wipro's go to market initiatives - Work closely with fintech partners on developing the partnership and understanding the latest product features - Mentor other digital banking consultants in the practice - Support local teams in building and growing client relationships and maintaining a strong client relationship through delivery excellence. - Evangelize growth and eminence through thought leadership and innovations for client's digital banking consulting practice. - Promote Wipro's digital banking unique value proposition in the market. Meet the job- Your Role- What you need to possess - Key Skills As a senior digital banking consultant, this role would require for the below skills: Technical and Professional Expertise: - Experience in implementing Digital Banking solutions and platforms - Experience in the delivery of mobile and internet banking projects as a techno / functional consultant - Experience in banking processes and in particular digital channels across different LOBs incl. retail banking, small business banking, corporate banking and wealth management - Should have a basic understanding of Digital Banking Architecture and associated technologies - Experience with using "new IT" (AI, Analytics, Omni-channel, Agile, DevOps, Design Lead Development) at scale - Experience in Enterprise Design Thinking methodology, customer journey mapping, and UX design - Experience on Omni Channel Solution knowledge at a Retail and/or Corporate Banking environment with relevant industry/functional knowledge. Should have worked in various Omni-channel platforms like Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Mobile Payments, Payment Innovation/New Channels, ATM and Kiosk solution among others - Experience in project management - Experience in managing and leading teams - Should have a basic understanding of Agile philosophy - Should have a basic understanding of Design Principles. Experience/Qualification: - Bachelor's Degree - 15+ years of Management or Technology Consulting or equivalent banking industry experience in a reputed institution in the areas of digital transformation/digital channels project execution - Hands-on experience of leading and managing Business Analysis/Requirement Management tracks for large banking (retail/corporate) projects - Track record of consulting project delivery including managing business analyst teams, producing requirement deliverables, managing projects within timelines and budgets, and interfacing with client executives - Familiar with an offshore delivery model
