Job Summary:

- We are seeking a skilled Institutional FPI Operations Sr. Manager to monitor and manage institutional pre-trade and post-trade activities for FPI accounts.

- The ideal candidate should have experience in handling institutional operations, trade matching, compliance, and client communication.

Responsibilities:

Pre-Trade & Post-Trade Monitoring:

- Ensure smooth execution of institutional pre-trade and post-trade activities for FPI accounts.

- Match trades with the dealing desk and resolve mismatches at the root level.

Trade Processing & Compliance:

- Process post-trade activities in Equity & Derivatives (EOD processing).

- Send End-of-Day (EOD) files to clients in specified formats within stipulated deadlines.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

- Maintain strong communication with FPI Back Office (BO) and Middle Office (MO).

- Handle issues and ensure smooth client operations.

- Manage client code and CP code modifications as required.

Exchange & Regulatory Interaction:

- Interact with exchange officials when necessary for operational requirements.

- Coordinate with STP providers to resolve issues in sending STP files, renewing digital certificates, and ensuring seamless communication.p-Z1
