Dojoko - Head - Digital Marketing (7-11 yrs)

Key Skills we are looking for in our Head of Digital:

- 8 years of experience in digital, direct & performance marketing, Preferred experience in a digital agency or consumer-eccentric business and aggregator businesses.

- Strong decision making, organisational, planning and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and prioritise critical issues;

- Highly self-motivated and driven

- Be a good communicator with strong relationship management skills

As our Head of Digital, you'll have the opportunity to:

- Create and implement Digital Marketing Strategy in conjunction with key stakeholders from across all areas of the business

- Own, deliver and manage marketing across multiple geographies (to include content, SEO, SEM and audience acquisition)

- Manage and be accountable for all digital channels including web, social media, paid media, search, email, affiliate marketing and platform partnerships. Harness to develop marketing automation strategies to drive brand awareness and demand generation

- Launch paid media & intent-based marketing to drive highly targeted B2C digital campaigns

- Possess and maintain a clear understanding of audience activities and engagement across all brands.

- Drive the growth of website traffic, email opens / clicks/conversions and deeper user engagement for our website/app.

- Improve search rankings and increase organic traffic for all brands.

- Build and lead the Email Marketing team ensuring adequate resources are maintained

- Create and foster an active/engaged student community and manage creative, ongoing contests and digital events along with our student ambassador network globally.

- Ensure strategic alignment and on-time content delivery on a global basis.

- Develop and nurture the digital marketing team to help them grow and progress and deliver against targets.

- Support the Senior Leadership Group with special digital projects as necessary.

You'll be set up for success if you have:

- Demonstrable hands-on experience running in-house paid search and UAC ads preferably (but not necessarily) on client-side

- Experience managing ads on a global scale with significant advertising budgets

- Understand how social media algorithms work and are up to date with the latest digital marketing trends

- Must have experience in creating data capture campaigns including experience in using newsletter platforms like MailChimp, Substack and others

Even better if you have:

- Interest in growth hacking for start-up

- Experience in A/B Testing, managing Landing Pages and presenting the outcomes to the management and creating flexible strategies for customer acquisition

- Experience with driving automation for Search - being able to write scripts is a bonus

- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Mobile Measurement Partners

- Manage budgets and optimise accordingly to ensure we are meeting or exceeding business targets
