Objectives of this Role:
- The regional Sales Manager should be responsible for overseeing the daily and long-term operations of a company's branch across a geographic region
- Creating regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
- Oversee product demand and supply in accordance with regional needs
- Plan and execute training among staff members and management
- Oversee sales and special promotions
- Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
- Developing & implementing sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues
Responsibilities :
- 5+ years of sales experience in insurance services
- 3+ years in a managerial role
- Availability to travel as needed

- Strong communications skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically PowerPoint and Excel
