Leading the complete consumer product function with over 100 members, end-to-end owning &amp; driving the business forward 2. Will be part of the core team and report to founders 3. Strategizing the company roadmap to achieve the annual, semi-annual &amp; quarterly growth targets sustainably 4. Executing on the plan rigorously by being hands-on &amp; leading the marketing, operations, product &amp; sales functions to achieve targets 5. Maintaining a frugal mindset towards building the business 6. Attracting &amp; building the best team across divisions to deliver result 7. Motivating &amp; Training the team to drive results Qualification 1. 10+ years of experience working in a leadership role with expertise in B2C products in all aspects of building or managing a medium to large scale business - Product, Operations, Marketing, Sales, HR, etc. 2. An experience in a senior position in a startup or top consulting firms in India preferred 3. MBA from a top-tier school preferred, Undergrad from Tier 1 college preferred 4. Strategic thinker who can prioritize, plan, execute and pivot according to circumstances with a clear objective of achieving the organizations' strategic vision and organizational growth 5. Ability to effectively influence and collaborate with diverse external &amp; internal stakeholders. 6. Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment by having superior prioritization and time management skills 7. Result-oriented with a high sense of ownership and a proven track record of consistently exceeding targets 8. Be customer-obsessed 9.
