Desired Profile
This is an end to end consultative sales position where the hired person will be responsible from generating lead to finally closing the deal with the clients. The person must have B2B and enterprise sales experience and willing to work independently on deals.
Skills :
- B2B consultative sales to large enterprises in India with marketing solutions to promote their brands
- Translating marketing strategies in compelling storylines that address the target audience
- Content marketing strategy and execution
- Structuring and measuring sales approaches and building a sales team
- Business and Customer development, understanding needs of customer
- Developing and expanding valuable offerings for long-term customer success
- Data and insights-driven sales funnel management using CRM systems like Salesforce and Zoho
- This is a handson role and only people who can drive end to end sales need to apply.
Personality :
- Positive and trustworthy
- Go getter with hands-on sales approach
- Self-starter, results-driven and never satisfied
- Entrepreneurial mindset, energized by uncertainty and uncharted territory
- Willingness to travel extensively
Experience :
- Min. 5 years experience in selling above-the-line-marketing campaigns to large companies
Degree in marketing welcome
- Healthcare / Pharma background welcome but not necessary
- Responsible for multi-million $ annual sales volume
- Striving to create impact outside of corporate strucutres, high degree of entrepreneurial drive
Startup experience is preferable

Location : Base location in Mumbai and frequent visits to client location
