What we do?

DocOn is a product based startup based out of Bengaluru. The objective is to make the Doctor- Patient interaction much more fruitful and smooth particularly in the OPD space. DocOn has a number of products that help the Doctor achieve this objective the major one being the EMR product. EMR product is an iPad app that aspires to enable doctors take their practice to the next level of quality care. DocOn iPad App has already generated more than 3 million prescriptions till now. Apart from the EMR product we do have solutions that help the receptionist, patients in appointment booking etc as well.

What you will do?

- Understanding the ad hoc data requests from all stakeholders

- Extraction, Cleaning & Reporting of data for all key business/product heads

- Maintenance & building of the entire MIS for the company/investors and updating on a timely basis

- Coordination with Business Teams to identify new reporting requests and enhancing the existing one, business users to be communicated and explained the details if need arises

- Testing all new reports/deliverables and periodically reviewing them for maintaining data quality

- Data validation and attention to detail is required as the individual will be accountable for quality of all the numbers delivered through dashboards or otherwise

What skills will help?

- Well versed in MS Excel (vlookup, hlookup, if-else, index, match, countif, sumifs, string operations, Pivot Table & Pivot Table Chart etc.)

- Structured thought process and problem solving skills are a must have

- Prioritization of tasks, organised work ethics, high work efficiency are expected

- Knowledge of VBA/Macros/Google Scripts would be helpful

- SQL is a good-to-have skill but not mandatory

- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in relevant area

- DocOn Technologies is a subsidiary of Pharmeasy, and is based out of Bengaluru. We develop IT products in the healthcare sector that enable doctors to write e-prescriptions and maintain comprehensive digital records for their patients. No more relying on pen and paper!

- Using a type-free interface & algorithms that keep learning from the doctor, we make software super easy to use in a 5 minute consultation.

- We also provide a comprehensive CRM, billing and analytics platform for doctors which enables them to increase revenue and improve the patient experience.

- 500+ doctors have stored the medical records of over 900k patients on our platform. That makes us the second largest EMR platform in the country. Over 200k e-prescriptions are created on our platform every month.

Who we are :

- We are a motley crew driven by the same goal - to help doctors deliver a 10x better patient experience. We are a strong team of ~70 professionals from diverse educational and professional backgrounds, and are planning to take the team size to >150 in a span of 6 months. We are currently operational in 7 cities and plan to expand into a few more cities by year end.
