Team Leader/ Floor Manager Roles and Responsibilities : - Prepare contingency plans for all inbound & outbound calling-related activities. Manage the team of tele callers and ensure the achievement of the monthly business targets. - Identification of prospective customers, sourcing & sustaining customer relationships. - Managing comprehensive day-to-day functions and data maintenance. - Compile monthly achieved targets, reporting & sending to senior management. - Mentoring & coaching tele callers and providing them with feedback to improve performance and quality of customer acquisition. - Strong follow-up & coordination with sales function to source output from the prospects/ leads. Desired Candidate Profile : - Any graduate/PG with 4-5 years of experience in Banking/NBFC - Specialized knowledge of mortgages is an added advantage - Should have handled large database - Excellent communication and team management skills
