DMI Finance - Specialist - Social & Digital (3-5 yrs)

Digital is at the core of DMI. As we kickstart our brand journey through online and offline modes, generate digital leads for the housing finance company, and manage the digital presence of our lending business, a specialist will be required to analyze and monitor on daily basis. Digital media is an ocean of opportunities and is continuously evolving/shifting. This critical role will help the organization transition towards the next level of growth through various cost-effective and timely digital measures.

- Oversee all digital marketing activities: SEO, SMO, SMM, Ad-words, Analytics, Facebook Ad campaign and Social Media campaigns.

- Knowledge of SEO best practices.

- Day to day management of social media and online Ad campaigns.

- In-depth knowledge of Email / Direct marketing.

1. Accountability - Social Media

- Oversee the social media strategy.

- Proofread the content for all posts and provide brief to the designer/agency.

- Manage social media campaigns.

- Passionate for all things on social media.

- Manage social media community & facilitate ideas to build it incrementally.

2. Accountability - ORM

- Manage all brand-related queries.

- Assist the CRM team to manage the ORM requirements.

- Coordinate with the agency and IT team for application/tracking tool issues.

- Handle customer responses creatively on social media platforms & facilitate/implement ideas that can turn negative reviews into positive reviews.

3. Accountability - Website

- Manage and maintain the DMI website(s).

- Study the google analytics and recommend necessary amendments.

- Coordinate with the agency for on-page & off-page submissions.

- Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders to draft blogs.

- Monitor all the tags, SEO optimization, wireframe, content on the website.

- Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, improving user experience, conversions, managing traffic, regular uploads, etc.

4. Accountability - Digital Campaigns

- Ideation of new campaigns - lead generation & brand awareness.

- Planning and monitoring rollout for campaign execution.

- Coordinate with business/CRM teams and achieve the ROI.

5. Accountability - Email Marketing

- Assist the IT & business teams in crafting and execution.

- Write/edit copy for email marketing campaigns.

- Fix any errors or bugs in the campaign / selection of servers.

- Track the analytics of the campaign and achieve the required target.

6. Accountability - Audit & Reports

- Regular monitoring of the competitor's social media sites and creating an analysis report.

- Generate analytic reports of all social & digital channels every month.

- Audit and analyze the social media presence, including digital advertising costs and returns.

Skills:-

- Proven working experience as a Social - Digital Media Specialist.

- Demonstrable social media campaign experience and social analytics tool knowledge.

- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, google analytics, and SEO.

- In-depth knowledge on analyzing and measuring campaigns (ROI).

- Highly creative and imaginative.

- A knack for editing and proofreading with good research skills.

- Updated with regular trends on social media.

- Fluency in English language is mandatory.

a) Qualifications

- Minimum Qualification required: Diploma/Graduate/Postgraduate in Social & Digital Media from a reputed institute

b) Work Experience

- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the BFSI sector or has an agency experience
