Sparkle Analyst - DMI Alternatives- Freshers from Tier 1 (BcomHon)
- Assisting the team in deal evaluation, industry and competitive landscape research, diligences/analysis, monitoring of portfolio. Investees are mainly fintech start-ups
- Maintaining trackers of investments, post investment progress, industry transactions tracker, etc
- Assisting in reporting and memo drafting for investment
1. Deal Evaluation
- Prepare market reports by performing secondary and primary research
- Research on the competition including offerings and key differentiators
- Keeping track of information from the portfolio companies
- Assisting monitoring the progress of investee companies
- Coordination with support functions involved in the transaction
Prepare quarterly investor reports by identifying key investments made during the quarter
- Keeping track of the transactions happening in the target space including identifying the round construct of recent funding rounds closed
- Maintaining trackers and MISs of deal pipeline, invested transactions, industry transactions, etc
- Assisting in analysis and diligence of deals under evaluation
a) Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification required: Bcom (Hon) , Tier 1
- Stream of Study - Finance
b) Work Experience
- Proficiency in MS excel and MS word
- Report writing
