DMI Finance - Senior Project Manager (7-10 yrs)

Project manager looking after end to end integration of projects with digital retail loans channel partners, assessing the challenges in the implementation of project, communicating with internal and external stakeholders to align the requirement and expectations of the project, determine go-live plan and post-implementation monitoring

- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

- Understand the product construct and project requirement, Determine and define project scope and objectives

- Assess available internal capabilities and capabilities to be developed for the new launch

- Identify responsibilities of all stakeholders and teams internally

- Assess the timelines for implementation of the respective scope of work

- Guide Business Analyst to prepare a detailed project charter to act as a project control sheet

- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other stakeholders

- Assess impact of change on project scope, project schedule, and project costs

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Relationship Management :

- Interacting with the channel partners to understand the product and requirements of integration

- Act as a SPOC for all internal as well as external parties for end to end project implementation

- Resolve issues arising during integration keeping the inputs from all teams as well as that of channel partners

- Strategize go-live plan and launch details

Project Management :

- Determining the implementation plan keeping in mind the priorities of integration with different channel partners

- Ensure the pace of the project and availability of resources is in line with the requirements

- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress

- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution

- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

Assess Project Performance :

- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

- Assess any deviations from originally laid out project charter and identify the reasons for the same

- Identifying challenges and possible solutions to the issues arising in project implementation

- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed

- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Launch and Post Launch Planning :

- Determining a Go Live plan including the phased launch, scaling of the program, etc

- Identifying any challenges and shortcomings in the UAT/CUG launch and coordinating with respective stakeholders to have a timely fix

- Ensure smooth operationalization of the project post launch for 3 months

- Ensure smooth transition of the project to respective stakeholders

Standardization of Project Management Regime

- Strategizing project management regime to be implemented, tools to be used

- Identifying key roles and responsibilities of each function in implementation of the project

- Strategize implementation plan for different types of products

- Building on project management systems including Jira

b) Work Experience and Skills :

- Minimum 7-10 years experience in complex project management, preferably in BFSI, eCommerce or fintech

- Knowledge of project management tools preferably Jira

- Proven ability to solve problems creatively

- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle

- Excellent analytical skills

- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful

- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

- Superior Stake holder management skills- Work closely and align with each of the internal functions which includes Business development, Credit and Policy, Data science, Legal, Technology, Operations, Collections, Customer Success team and external stakeholders.
