Job Purpose :

- Assist the Head treasury in managing the relationships with MFs, Wealth Outfits, Insurance Treasuries, Family Office, Banks and Corporate Treasuries to raise funds through Capital Market Instruments and Securitization

- Assist the head treasury in managing the external stakeholders of the Company that includes Rating Agencies, Bankers, Debenture Holders, Trustees, and any other relevant external party.

- Role involves execution of the pre disbursement & post disbursement documents, Timely servicing of debt, Rating Surveillance.

Responsibilities :

1. Fund Raising through Capital Markets & Relationship Management:

- Establish new relationships and maintains existing relationship with PSU and Private Bank treasury, Mutual Funds, Wealth Outfits, Family Offices and Corporate treasuries

- Execution capabilities of raising through NCDs and securitization including finalizing term sheet, working on execution documents, Legal team, coordination with stock exchanges and other important aspects

- Prepare application including details related to the significant changes in the company, product profile, etc.

- Interact with Internal Stakeholders such as the Legal and Compliance department for vetting and the execution of the documents related to the transaction

2. Credit Rating Surveillance:

- Assist in getting credit rating done from multiple rating agencies

- Ensure seamless information sharing with the rating Agencies

Qualifications:

- Minimum qualifications preferred: MBA Finance/CA

- 8 - 15 years' in fund raising through NCDs from NBFCs, MFs, Wealth Outfits, Banking and Financial Services, HFC, NBFC

- Basic Knowledge of NBFC and NHB regulations

- Basic Understanding of IND AS & IGAAP Accounting Methods

- Knowledge on NHB refinancing will be an advantage
