- Process adherence related to opening, closing, receiving, storage, execution

- Optimum utilization of Manpower

- Avoid stock outs, loss of sale

- Customer Satisfaction & Service

- Pilferage Control & Loss Prevention

- Space Management, Maintain the hygiene, safety of staff & Customers,
