Position : MANAGER - Risk Management

Reporting : Functional Reporting

VP - Loss Prevention & Risk Management Administrational Reporting

Location : Based out of Corporate Office at Thane

Age Around-39-43yrs

Education Graduate / MBA

Competencies:

This is a pan India position and offers excellent opportunity in the field of risk management associated with Retail Operations for an individual having multi dimensional capabilities, looking to leverage business acumen, strong analytical and inter-personal skills.

The job broadly entails assisting in identifying / monitoring business risks / process gaps across functions, devising a mitigation plan including and not limited to process improvement in consultation with all stake holders.

The candidate will have:

- Good understanding of business processes and prevalent best practices.

- Ability to identify gaps and institute controls to fix the same.

- Good blend of creative thinking and analysis

- Good communication and presentation skills, be a team player and be willing to travel from base location.

Experience : 10-11 years relevant experience in field of Risk Management with Retail / Hospitality sector. He should have good stability in previous employments.

Key Responsibilities Specific :

- Evaluate all major business processes to identify gaps and potential risks.

- Establish a risk evaluation criterion and define Key Risk Indicators for identified Risks in consultation with Process Owners.

- Develop appropriate audit mechanism (Risk Control Matrix)

- Devise, collate, and circulate Risk MIS for action by Process Owners.

- Monitor / track compliance of audit mechanism.

- Supervise and manage the team.
