MBA - IT would be added advantage Experience : 7-12years Desired Candidate Profile : - Experience in procure to pay cycle. SAP experience is must. - Manages activities in the information technology procurement function. - Ensures products and services are purchased in the most cost- and time-efficient manner. - Prepare RFP, evaluates contracts and vendors; - May serve as a mediator during disputes between vendors and IT staff. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty - Experience of diverse technology strategic sourcing, negotiations and contract experience. - Sound knowledge of business process &amp;, commercial Direct /Indirect taxes /levies /duties. Knowledge or experience in costing. Knowledge And Skills Required : - Knowledge of technologies related to server, storage, network, virtualization, security, load balancers, WAN, end point computing, printers, HHT, mobility, private, public cloud - Invent negotiation strategies and secure profitable deals - Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency - Research technology trends and anticipate shifts in the negotiating power of suppliers - Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking - Estimate risks and apply risk minimizing techniques - Discover and partner with trustworthy vendors and suppliers - Determine quantity and timing of deliveries - Strong analytical skills, able to analyze and interpret data to create effective strategies - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as reporting and analysis tools. - SME in IT sourcing and experience working with key IT industry vendors - Effort analysis, knowledge of rate cards and estimation of support, implementation efforts. Key Responsibilities : - Develop, implement and refine a global IT sourcing strategy that results in enhanced value, total-cost reduction, and continuous improvement for spend in the Technology category. - Proactively partner with Technology leadership and their teams to create alignment and develop strategic relationships. - Partner with Technology leadership and the Project Managers to drive the procurement lifecycle from supplier selection (RFPs/RFI- s) to final legal contract execution. - Proactively conduct market-intelligence activities and perform industry, supply market and supply chain research/analytics. Uncover trends and develop/recommend best practices in IT category sourcing and outsourcing. - Robust analytical skills - capable of performing TCO analysis across several different suppliers and purchasing models - Develop &amp; review spends reports and metrics with the goal of driving cost savings, innovation &amp; effective/efficient options for Information Technology sourcing. - Works cross-functionally on RFQ's. Is responsible for developing RFQ's and RFP's to solicit competitive bids and follow through to completion; - Negotiate with vendors. Work closely with Legal to ensure that agreements are developed &amp; executed. Resolves any issues that arise to ensure that contracts are completed and projects can proceed on schedule. Ensures that confidentiality agreements are in place prior to any outside discussions. - Act as the key IT contact and subject matter expert for all IT-related contracts, financial management, and tender activities. This includes working with Legal and Strategic Sourcing to develop and negotiate contract terms, conditions, modifications, penalties and incentives, while working with key stakeholders to ensure that their requirements are met. Additionally, this position manages the contract execution process, resolving problems, mitigating delays, mediating disputes and escalating issues; - Establish contract management objectives, procedures, templates and workflow processes for vendor contracts and deliverable schedules, and manage a contract register containing a database of all executed contracts; Understand contracting market trends, align the right contract structure, to customer needs and expectations, and track, gather and analyze market and industry data. - With large contracts, manage contract review meetings to ensure delivery Ensure that the vendors are compliant with internal rules and regulatory obligations. - Understands taxonomy - Impact of import, manufactured goods on GST - IT cost apportionment across GSTIN - Finalize support terms such as AMC, subscription, renewals, payment terms, credit terms etc. - Superior oral- and written-communications skills with the ability to influence all levels of an organization. - An ability to determine contractual and financial exposure and negotiate contracts, and to participate in the development of the asset management mission, goals and objectives. - Strong process management skills, with the ability to handle multiple vendors and multiple contracts, as well as a wide range of tasks.
