Responsible for handling approx 12 - 15 stores HR Operations , Including Circle Office. 3. Responsible for effective Training and development and Employee engagement Programme across the Stores. 4. Responsible to ensure timely execution of various HR Policies and Programs. 5. Must have sound knowledge of HR policies and should be fully well versed in all statutory laws and regulations. 6. Responsible for statutory compliance 7. Responsible to maintain timely basis HR records & Reports 8. SPOC from the regional team to Coordinate with Store & Head Office 9.
