Job Title: DM/ Manager / Sr. Manager - Compliance
Location Delhi (Head Office)
Education Essentially a Law Graduate preferably along with Insurance domain qualifications.
Experience Minimum 8-10 years of Experience, preferably in Insurance Sector in a similar Profile with Insurance Company/Broker Organisation. Exposure to dealing with IRDAI will be an added advantage.
Job Description:
1. Will be responsible for ensuring Regulatory Compliance in all aspects of Insurance Distribution Business.
2. Ability to grasp and understand the Regulatory requirements vis--vis laid down Guidelines is a must.
Skill Set Should Possess :
1. In-depth knowledge of Legality in Insurance Sector
2. Strong analytical skills for regulations & apprehending their compliance.
3. Should be able to understand and guide the Business Head/Management on this very important aspect of Business.
4. Capability of conducting Training on Compliance to Stakeholders. Will be beneficial /preferred.
Salary offered: 10 - 15 LPA
