DM/Manager - IT Infrastructure - Insurance Domain

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Dy.Manager / Manager

Location: Mumbai (Candidate will work in Bangalore for three Months and later candidate will shift to Mumbai)

Department:Information Technology

Function:IT Infrastructure

Reporting to: General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for DC - DR and Remote Branches Network Support .

- LAN and WAN Management.

- Integrating New Branches or Third Party Networks with Our client's Network as per requirements.

- Network Security Management including Firewall, IPS, Websense and RSA dual Authentication.

- Integrating Wireless setup and Support for the same.

- Support for VC Conference.Measures of Performance:

This would depend on:-

- TAT and problem resolution.

- Successful CSAT from the Associates including management team.

- Handling Resident engineer to ensure proper support.

- Closure of support tickets within the defined SLAs.

- Following laid down Processes & procedures.

Desired qualifications and experience :

- Overall experience of 7- 8 years in Network and Network Security Domain. Similar work experience in handling IT support for Corporate offices.

- Ability to understand the problem and provide solution.

- Required experience in Service Delivery & IT support.

- Might be able to provide White glove service to the top Management if needed.

Knowledge and skills required :

Technical knowledge:

- Cisco CCNP Certification.

- Good troubleshooting skills in Network and Network Security Domain.

- Should have worked in ITIL environment & have ITIL knowledge.

- Work experience in Windows server and .Desktop operations.

- Should have the knowledge of maintaining the conference room infrastructures such as voice & video, etc.

- Experience in ISO 2000 process would be an added advantage.

- Hardware knowledge about Tablets/ Desktops/Laptops & wintel Servers and basic network is a must.

- Knowledge about the basic OS, MS office, MS project, and other desktop /laptop based software solutions.

- Very Good communication skills.

- A thorough understanding of IT support in Insurance domain.

- Good interpersonal skills.

- A customer centric approach.

- Willing to undertake tours as per job requirement.
