Direct Taxes:

TDS Compliance:

- Preparation of TDS Computation, Ensuring tds payments in time, filing of quarterly returns, issuing of TDS certificates - related TDS compliance in time.

Income Tax compliance:

- Preparation of income tax payments (as and w hen required)

- Tax audit compliance (coordination with Auditors)

- Computation of tax and Income Tax returns filing in time

- MAT computation knowledge

- Deferred Tax Computations

Income Tax Assessments:

- Preparation of documents related for Income Tax assessments.

- Timely Coordination with Tax Consultants to appear for Tax Assessments, Appeals etc.,

Transfer Pricing:

- Fair Knowledge in Transfer Pricing Assessments, TP Study, Accountants Report etc.

- Coordination and arranging documentations for TP Assessments and TP audits with TP Auditors.

Wealth Tax:

- Computation of wealth tax, Tax remittances and filing of wealth tax returns

Indirect Taxes:

Sales Tax:

- Good knowledge in TN VAT, AP VAT, MH VAT in Monthly return filing

- Experience in attending Assessments and documentation for the same.

- VAT Input Tax credit and related works

- Receipts and issuance of C Forms, E1 forms, E2 forms.

- TN VAT Audit documentation and coordinating with Auditors for ensuring the same.

Service Tax:

- Good knowledge in Service tax, input tax credit, reverse charge mechanism.

- Filing of returns.

- Exposure in Service tax audit and coordination for the same.

- Central Excise / Customs / FEMA

- Overview and coordination with Exports division related Central Excise and Customs related functions.

- Knowledge in Duty Draw back/ Incentive schemes.

- Periodical returns with DGFT, Customs
