Mission:

- Develop Mechanics parts Turn Over and Contribution

- Improve performance of dealers and support them.

- Promote sales through BtoC promoters.

Job Content and Activities:

- Animation of parts by segment.

- Create communication tools to support sales and promote genuine parts.

- Define pricing adapted to market conditions

- Survey competitors

- Devise and deploy service and parts promotional scheme.

- Develop new businesses like Tire, Consumables, re-manufacturing, car care products etc

Main Interlocutors:

- Dealers

- After Sales Division/ Product Manager

- Salesforce

Main KPI:

- Turnover and contribution form managed segment.

- Mechanic Repair Orders

- Commercial Campaign results.
