d.light - Regional Head - Partnership (11-15 yrs)

The Regional Head is accountable for every aspect of client management in the assigned geography. The role will be responsible for designing the strategy to manage the key accounts and for leading the team. The individual will connect with executives of the prospective clients to connect, understand and build the relationship.

In this role, the regional head will ensure the representation of the organization on relevant platforms and will act as the face of the organisation for all BFSI and development sector partners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leverages network, personal and organizational, for growing Financial & Development Sector Partner revenue pipeline

2. Develop / Manage distributors for specified geography

3. Leads the planning, selling and execution efforts of the team

4. Develops trusted relationships with a portfolio of major existing & new corporate / social partners

5. Represents the organisation in various forums, conferences and seminars

6. Acquires a thorough understanding of key partner needs and requirements

7. Expands the relationships with existing partners by implementing on deliverables continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

8. Ensures the implementation of sales strategy to increase revenue by collaborating with partners

9. Serves as the link of communications between key partners and internal teams

10. Acts as the escalation point to resolve any issues and problems faced by partners

11. Plays an integral part in generating incremental sales with existing partners resulting in longer-lasting and deeper relationships

12. Provides business insights to leadership team for effective decision making

13. Shares regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stake holders using key account metrics

14. Engages cross-functional associates in delivery of the multi-faceted account plan

15. Works with cross-functional constituents to ensure company is advancing the right mission and revenue priorities with the right partners within industry focus

Successful Candidate Profile:

1. 11 - 15 years of experience in banking industry preferably in financial inclusion vertical, as a Senior Team Manager.

2. Would be desirable if candidate has experience in developing distribution of services / products through team

3. Should have a strategic mindset so as to visualise future possibilities and to translate them into breakthrough strategies

4. Excellent Interpersonal and problem solving skills

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience in providing crisp, insightful information to executive teams

6. Proficient at working with senior leadership across an organization to manage the process and set expectations accordingly

7. Flexible mindset, and comfort with ambiguity and evolving priorities

8. Entrepreneurial spirit and creative thinking

9. Project management capabilities and high attention to detail; comfortable working under complex demands

10. Lead and monitor a team of professionals

11. Preferably an MBA in Marketing/Sales from a reputed university
