The Manager - Supply Chain Management would be responsible for overseeing all the operational activties related to supply chain management within the organisation. The role will ensure the deliveries in rural areas and compliance of this operation Responsibility : - Ensuring On Time deliveries of all the existing business model - Branch and Last Mile - Managing the warehouse spread across geographies and and ensure stock movement as per FIFO - Providing various MIS reports to Partner and sales team - Building of new LV across India - Conducting periodic stock Reconciliation at KSP and Warehouse - Complying wit all regulatory measures in Warehouse and during the transportation of goods - Optimizing the frieght - Monitoring and evaluating the call centre KPIs - Providing provisions to Finance - Fulfilling all audit requirements - Managing Insurance coverage of goods and Insurance claims from insurance company Desired Qualifications: - Education - MBA preferably in SCM from premiere institute Experience : 8 - 10 years of experience preferably in FMCD - Should be familiar with the concept of Transportation of goods - Should have knowledge of managing rural deliveries, WMS and FIFO, GST &amp; E-way Bills - Should be proficient in MS Excel and Analysis of data - Should be exposed to operations in eastern and southern part of India - Should have good communication skills - both written and verbal - Should be an agile thinker and have the capability of anticipating the issue and resolving it before-hand
