This role is part of the team supporting the MD office for d.light India. The team is involved in capitalizing critical and time sensitive business opportunities and mitigating key business challenges on a regular basis. Primary responsibilities: Periodical &amp; day to day - Lead and collaborate with various stakeholders to manage and track different organizational projects to closure - Fulfill industry and business research requirements by continuous industry monitoring to help the leadership and the team be updated on several matters - Prepare executive reports, summary documents and analysis required from time to time - Partner with the regional teams in gathering and analysis of data for building executive management decks, board presentations and monthly business updates - Partner with teams to facilitate and participate in industry events and conferences - Assist benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential operational improvement - Assist process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function - Meet ad-hoc management needs that may come up from time to time - Financial Modelling Qualifications, Experience &amp; Skills - Bachelor's degree in business or engineering - MBA (finance) with 1-2 years of post MBA experience - Pre-MBA experience (non IT) candidates will be preferred - Experience financial research, financial consulting and financial advisory role will be preferred - High-end knowledge of financial reporting - Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects while simultaneously meeting all goals and deadlines - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and internal/external communication - External stakeholder management and negotiation skills - Passion for a social cause - Must possess sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
