This position is within the team supporting customer experience for d.light India. The team is involved in capitalizing critical and time-sensitive business opportunities and mitigating key business and post-sales challenges on a regular basis. Primary responsibilities : - Identify project requirements and project management by analyzing operations, determining project scope, documenting results, preparing customer contracts - Maintain quality of service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards to contribute to team effort by accomplishing desired results - Work on developing and maintaining a database, analysis of data and reports to monitor performance using key performance indicators - Conduct national and regional analysis utilizing knowledge of syndicated or custom data sources to support business and action planning - Perform periodic internal analysis to support business objectives, assists service, call center and delivery teams in the design and execution of research and analysis for specific effectiveness purposes (e.g., compensation analysis, territory alignment, workload plan, and field resource optimization) - Develop problem solutions by preparing work-flowchart and diagrams, study system capabilities, identify alternative solutions, prepare system specifications and write programs - Handle various tasks like customer and stakeholder engagement, operational planning - Ensure quality of data inputs, and the data included in reports and presentations - Prepare executive reports, summary documents, and analysis required from time to time - Assist benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential operational improvement - Assist process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function - Meet ad-hoc management needs that may come up from time to time Qualifications, Experience & Skills : - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from IIT only - MBA from top IIMs (preferably marketing or finance) with 2-3 years of the post MBA experience - Desired balance of the following skills - Consulting, Quality, Project Management, Process Improvement, Relationship Management, Reporting, Networking Knowledge, Networking Standards, Technical Zeal - Experience in industry and business research in marketing or a business role - Basic knowledge of financial reporting - Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects while simultaneously meeting all goals and deadlines - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and internal/external communication - External stakeholder management and negotiation skills - Passion for a social cause - Must possess sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
