Key Responsibilities : - To analyze data and reports and find ways to increase productivity and by extension, company profits - In addition to increasing profits by boosting productivity must also find ways to reduce expenses, which includes staff efficiency/productivity analysis and cutting costs - Helping in designing, executing, monitoring and improving on Secondary/Tertiary schemes basis data analytics and feedback collated from sales team and channel partners / dealers to help increase output and optimizing of costs - Responsible for development of mobile app to manage secondary and bring about sales discipline in the field, continuously coordinating with IT for improvement basis updates required in the App to make it effective and user friendly taking inputs from the last mile - Analysis of Sales - Primary/Secondary, Channel and Company Inventory, Ageing, Value/Volume/GM/ASV Analysis, Display Share/NPS etc. - Coordinating with various stake holders to gather the input data required for business analysis and reporting - Industry and business research requirements - Liaison with different departments to help organize and participate in industry events and conferences - Report writing, preparation of summary documents, case studies etc. - Continuous industry tracking Candidate Profile: - MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Finance from a premier institute with 1-2 years of post MBA work-experience - Bachelor's degree in business or finance will be preferred - Experience in industry and business research in a financial advisory/financial services - Knowledge of financial reporting - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and internal/external communication - External stakeholder management and negotiation skills - MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel - Experience in rural sector - preferable - Ability to work independently and under pressure - All-rounder personality, to be able to do anything if required - Passion for a social cause
