d.light - Account Delivery Manager (2-3 yrs)
The Account Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring end to end account management with respect to product delivery and services for the designated account as per the agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities:-
- Understand the sales and service delivery requirements of the partner - both current and futuristic
- Coordinate with internal operations team to ensure timely order processing and dispatching of products for the assigned account
- Manage and update all the relevant operational processes in the ERP system
- Review logistic partners based on SLAs
- Co-ordination with respective Key Account Manager (KAM) to make sure that the process of delivery and pick-ups are defined
- Accompany KAM on partner visits to ensure for regular feedback on quality of delivery and timely removal of bottlenecks
- Update and publish the delivery KPIs on a regular basis
- Provide inputs to the Management on delivery network and process optimization based on requirements, costs, challenges of implementation and inter-operability
- Delivery SPOC for the assigned account
- Ensure timely delivery to the client as per planning
Desired Qualifications:-
- 2-3 years of proven experience in operations management or with leading courier companies
- MBA (Operations or Finance)
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, presentation and time-management skills
- Passion for social enterprise, development of people and environmental benefits
- Proficient in both oral and written English (multiple language knowledge will be an advantage)
