We are looking for a Marketing manager with a strong understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing, marketing insights and analytics, and content strategy to join our Delhi based team. We are looking at building a role which brides our marketing team, with key insights around email marketing, social media, content engagement married with a strong knowledge around performance marketing, social ads, google analytics etc.
Planning:
- Creating a yearly & quarterly marketing calendar with all events/activities
- Identifying key themes/campaigns to run for the above and how to bring them together (above)
Social Media - responsible for strategy definition on channels such as
- Instagram
- Facebook
- Twitter
- Youtube
- Influencers / Bloggers - campaigns
Strategy-
- Create strategy for marketing in different cities across the country
- Offline activation & other area of growth
- Analysis of all revenue driving channels
Digital Marketing
- Driving the digital strategy for the brand
- PAID GOOGLE : All paid campaigns for remarketing and acquisition across all campaign types.
- PAID SOCIAL: Manage the strategy for social adverts, innovative comms.
- Izooto : automated and marketing notifications
- Analysing all channels that drive sessions on the website. Email, Instagram, Direct etc.
- Website Analytics: managing the website speeds, exit pages, bounce rates etc
- SEO / SEM
- Designing the on-page SEO strategy
- Working with agencies to track and implement the off-page SEO strategy
Key Objectives
- To create a clear calendar and action plan for marketing across all channels
- To understand the requirements of each channel and KPIs around deliverables/time frames.
- To build the brand awareness - through innovative marketing promotions/collaborations. Consistent themes.
- To launch an in-depth marketing strategy for the brand
Requirement
- Graduation/Master's degree, preferably MBA from renowned business school
- 3-5+ years of marketing experience
- Experience building and leading teams with the ability to meet deadlines
- Experience using data and metrics to measure and analyse campaigns
- Experience creating, executing and scaling marketing campaigns
- Experience creating launch plans and 360 degree marketing campaigns for fashion and lifestyle brands.
- Strong knowledge of Industry & consumer behaviour trends
- Experience creating multi-channel communication & content strategies in fashion and lifestyle
