Deputy Manager-Talent & Acquisition
- Manage end to end recruitment processes, developing and executing diverse sourcing/candidate attraction strategies to build strong talent pipelines across the country for back end as well as front end.
- Defining recruitment needs, developing / writing job descriptions, and use fair and inclusive hiring practices.
- Reviewing applications, conducting telephonic or video interviews, guide candidates through the recruitment process, and respond to general queries, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Coordinating and following up for mandatory documents for facilitating offer letter
- Performing HR Operations work such as issuance of offer letters, appointment letters.
- Doing reference checks for the critical hires.
- Arranging documents for payroll team for facilitating payroll process.
- Support on-boarding process to promote a positive experience for new hires, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions
- Responsible for end-to-end employee experience from on-boarding ,facilitating HR Induction.
- Maintaining employee file and keeping track of documents. Ensuring all the documents are present in the employee file.
- Be the go-to person for employees for HR and administrative matters.
- Work with regional managers in coordinating and executing employee engagement initiatives
