Part of a Rs 6000 crores group with diverse interests into hospitality, infrastructure development, real estate etc, we have now ventured into three new areas, namely, Retail, Insurance Broking and Financial Services. Our first year's projected revenues in these new ventures are Rs 200 crores and manpower strength of 200 personnel.

HR Generalist

Role and Responsibilities:

- Reporting to CMD with the three Unit HR teams reporting into this position

- Define objectives and formulate strategies, policies and processes for the HR function

- Manpower planning, talent acquisition and induction

- Job descriptions and key deliverables for role holders across all three ventures

- Performance management, growth and succession planning

- Compensation, benefits, reward and recognition

- Establish objectives for outcome based learning and development

- Culture building, employee engagement and employee relations

- Internal communication and employer branding in consultation with marketing

- Regulatory/statutory compliance and HRIS

- Oversee HR operations in the three new ventures
