JOB DESCRIPTION : Role Details : Role : Marketing strategy Department : Marketing Grade : Sr Manager Education : Post Graduation Designation : Marketing manager - Brand building Location : Bangalore Experience : 8 plus years Role Summary : - Develop, anchor and deliver on the Marketing & communication strategy Role Responsibilities : Marketing Strategy : - Develop the strategic plan for the marketing function in alignment with the organization strategic and business plan - Define the brand architecture and implement across all mediums - Define long term and short-term strategy and KPI for monitoring progress - Develop marketing budgets and roll out the annual marketing calendar based on seasonal calendar - Macro level consumer insights through market research to identify opportunities Brand Positioning and Marketing operations : - Lead the complete operation of the function in accordance with the direction established in the marketing plan - Develop a strong brand identity and positioning for Dixcy Scott and other brands - Work with the agency and give brief on campaigns.
