Role Summary - To deliver on the talent acquisition needs of the organization in alignment with the organization business requirement. - Define and drive the hiring strategy for the organization in alignment with the organizational requirements - Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs. - Define the hiring plan as per the budgeted numbers by the management for the year sourcing process and various channels for sourcing Source MIX - Monitor the Turn Around Time for the sourcing and onboarding of new talent to ensure timely closure - Establish a campus recruitment process to bring young talent, to increasing the outreach of the organization to the institutes by strengthening the Employer Branding. - Manage Vendor partners to drive the talent requisition as per the organization strategy. - Publish periodic dashboards and reports for all the stakeholders along with the action plans - Source candidate market intelligence data from the leading competitors and relatable businesses. - Ensure organization engagement with the selected candidates before the formal onboarding process. - Prepare talent acquisition budget and monitor the same
