- Drive process rigor, execute and manage compliance under Corporate Laws - Convening Board Meetings, Committee and General Meetings; Preparing agenda and minutes - Preparation of action points of meetings and follow up of the same on a timely basis - Prepare and file all the statutory forms with SEBI, MCA, etc. within the stipulated timelines - Liaison with the directors or their offices at the appropriate time with regard to intimating meetings, annual disclosure, filing of forms, etc. as per the guidelines - Compliances and liaising with Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Registrar of Companies, RBI, SEBI and other statutory authorities. - Coordination with Statutory Auditors on all secretarial compliance - Implementing Corporate Governance processes - Supporting compliance with all statutory requirements and working with internal and external agencies to carry out legal compliance audits - Validate contracts/agreements from legal viewpoint - Conduct review of legal document, standardise templates & lay out standard operating process - Co-ordinate with legal counsels for managing IPR (Trademark application, filing opposition, others)
