Job Title: Manager - Finance & Accounts
Number of Positions : 1
Purpose & Scope of the Job : To manage the Finance, Accounting & Compliance aspects of Curated Living Solutions
Reports To : Business Leader
Responsible For : 1 FTE
Budget Responsibilities : No
Key Deliverables :
1. Book Keeping - Be responsible for recording all cash and bank transaction with appropriate and relevant documentation including Bank and Cash Management and reconciliation.
2. Accounting - Input the financial transactions into Accounting Software and generate periodic financial Statements
3. Financial Control - Compare actual spends with budget and regulate such spending to ensure it is with in the budget
4. Funds Management - Periodically review the requirement for funds, co-ordinate with Divyasree Head office, submit required documentation and ensure availability of funds.
5. Compliance - Create a Compliance calendar and ensure timely adherence by co-ordinating Divyasree CFO, Statutory Auditors and Company Secretary.
6. Management Information Systems - Prepare and Circulate Financial reports as needed by Business Leader
7. Budgeting - Spearhead the annual budgeting exercise apart from minor budgeting exercises as required.
8. Billing, Receivables & Payments Management - Raise and submit invoices to various clients and guests on a monthly basis and follow up through payment realisation. Similarly, ensure timely payments are made to vendors and service providers
9. Human Resource - Co-ordinate with Divyasree HR team for release offer letters and full and final settlement of employees
General Responsibilities :
1. As directed by the Business Leader from time to time
1. Associate Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
1. A minimum of 3 years experience either as a head in a small company or a team member in a large company in doing work related to the Key deliverables.
Skills, Traits & Abilities :
1. Excellent English communication skills
2. Expert level MS Office skills, specifically Excel
3. Expert Level Tally Skills
4. Clear thinker and ability to steer through ambiguity
1. Cost To the Company of 9 Lacs Per Anum which includes Salary, Medical Insurance for self and family
