Divisional Service Manager - DTH Industry

Position : Divisional Service Manager

Area of Operation : Entire Rajasthan & Entire J&K

Experience : BE/Technical Diploma in any stream/ PGDM/MBA with 10+ Years experience.

Job Purpose :

The job exists with a purpose to identify, create and manage an outsourced service network in the zone with an objective to provide quality front end service and thereby upholding the customer friendly brand image of Company.

Principle Accountabilities :

- Quality Service Provider : Identify the needs of Service in the zone in consultation with Sales & Marketing and draw a blue print of Service Network.

- Appoint Service Franchisee in accordance with the network.

- Run / manage & audit service network to ensure process adherence & thus quality service.

- Customer Satisfaction : Maintain trade relations & ensure customer satisfaction in the zone

- Team building and team motivation : To drive a team of field service executive for effective territory coverage & to ensure all service centres maintain the basic company norms on service.

- Channel partner Management : Effectively manage the channel partners (SF / DCC / NDCC) appointment & management.
