Divisional Manager Payroll
Job Responsibilities :
- Core expertise in Payroll, Compliances, HR Operations, C & B and Income Tax.
- Monthly payroll and its control activity.
- Manage HRIS analysis, documentation, software upgrades, and maintenance.
- Monitoring PF/tax deduction related activities
- Maintaining the ongoing Payroll and compliance
- Automation of business processes
- Strong internal and External stakeholder management
- Oversight of vendor management and service delivery
- Looking after HR operation and managing employee's lifecycle (Hire to Retire)
